1. Services
A Pretty Cleaner provides residential and short-term rental cleaning services in Las Vegas, NV and the SF Bay Area, CA. Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information and photos provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual home condition, size, and scope of work. A $150 minimum service fee applies to all bookings. We will notify you of any significant price differences before beginning service.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows without notice will be charged the full service amount.
4. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions or damage.
6. Liability
A Pretty Cleaner is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that were not properly secured or stored. We carry general liability insurance. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.
7. Photo Uploads
By uploading photos through our quote system, you grant A Pretty Cleaner permission to use these photos solely for the purpose of preparing your estimate. Photos will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
